Set of twelve (12) Shreve & Co. San Francisco sterling demitasse cups and saucers with Staffordshire porcelain liners, each handled and reticulated cup decorated with a band of poppy flowers, and lined with porcelain inserts decorated with green ground and gilt floral, fishnet, & scrolls, signed: "Staffordshire / Egg Shell / Rd 179250". Matching sterling saucers with rims decorated with poppies, monogrammed. 2 1/2" H x 4 5/8" Dia. 44.23 total troy ounces.
Each plate monogrammed. Sterling cups and saucers with light scratches, minor wear and oxidation. Porcelain liners: Some with staining and surface wear. Four with hairlines near the rims and one with repaired cracks with chipped rim.
