16 pcs assorted silver hollowware including 1 sterling Shreve & Co. San Francisco ashtray with guilloche border; 6 silver liquor cups with repousse floral decoration to sides, marked 925 Sterling, with other unidentified marks, 1 bearing a sticker for Girotti, Bologna, likely Italian, 2 1/2 in H; 1 Gorham enameled sterling "stoplight jigger" cup with divided measuring lines; 1 Webster sterling shot cup in the form of a thimble, engraved "only a thimble full"; 1 small English sterling mug or cup hallmarked for Barker Ellis Co., Birmingham, 1970; 2 pc set of salt and pepper shakers with band of chased anthemion decoration and glass inserts, marked .900 HT; 1 Gorham sterling silver candle snuffer with turned handle, and 2 napkin rings with beaded edges, marked .900. Also included is one unmarked, likely silverplated, decorative small basket with openwork and pear and leaf designs, 7 1/2 in diameter. Combined weighable marked sterling (including all cups): 16.86 oz troy. Napkin rings (.900 silver) 1.1 oz.
Condition
Handled cup has some dents, most noticeably to footring, and does not sit flat. Some light pitting to salt/pepper shakers and 1 spot of pitting to ashtray. Other items in excellent condition.

A Nashville, TN estate.

Payment must be received no later than five (5) days after the sale.
Unless you are a known customer of Case Auctions, payment for all gold, precious metal, and gem lots must be made by bank wire transfer, ACH, certified bank check, or money order. No exceptions.
If you pick up your lots from any of our galleries, Tennessee state sales tax will apply. Sales tax will only be waived if you provide a valid resale certificate from your state of residence.
If paying with a credit card, a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be applied to the final sales price (i.e. hammer price + buyer's premium + applicable taxes). If you have a credit card on file with Case, any winning bids will be automatically charged (up to $3000) along with applicable fees 72 hours after you receive your invoice unless other arrangements have been made.
