Seventeen (17) pieces Obsolete currency and bank notes, including CSA and a Toll Road pass. 1st item: Camp Sumter 37th Anniversary Banquet UCV invitation, 1903, printed on both a white ribbon in black ink and a T-67 1864 Richmond $20 note in red ink, the two tied together with red ribbon. 2nd-5th items: Four (4) Confederate States notes, including T-69 1864 Richmond $5 note, T-67 1864 Richmond $20 note, T-55 1862 Richmond $1 note, T-66 1864 Richmond $50 note. 6th-16th items: Eleven (11) notes, including two (2) 1876 Philadelphia, PA $1 Union College Bank notes; 1862 Buffalo, NY $5 Buffalo City Bank note; 1856 Holyoke, MA $5 Hadley Falls Bank note; 1861 Cumberland, MD $2 Allegany County Bank note; 1849 Pittsburgh, PA $5 Merchants & Manufacturers Bank note; 1851 New Jersey $1 Commercial Bank of NJ note; 1855 Elmira, NY $1 The Bank Chemung note; 1841 Pennsylvania $1 Lancaster Bank note; 1847 Norwich, CT $5 The Thames Bank note; 1849 Eaton, OH $1 State Bank Ohio note. 17th item: One (1) 1815 road toll pass, 2 1/2 cents, for The Frankford and Bristol Turnpike Road Company, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This lot also comes with one (1) envelope.
