Ladies 18K yellow gold brooch featuring 4 natural pearls and 1 cultured pearl (later replacement) accented by 4 round brilliant diamonds approximately 0.24 carats total, Clarity-SI1, Color-I, and accented by 6 natural round sapphires. The brooch is marked "18K" and "Italy". The brooch is 2 3/4 x 1 1/2" in size and has a gross weight of 22.28 grams.

One drop pearl has been replaced and is not original; otherwise in overall very good condition.
