Framed: 16 1/2" H x 19 3/8" W. 2nd item: Asa Cheffetz (New York/Massachusetts, 1897-1965) print titled "May Sunlight" depicting a landscape with a farmhouse. Signed "Asa Cheffetz" in pencil, lower right. Housed and matted in a wood frame under glass. Sheet: 6 1/2" H x 10 1/4" W. Framed: 15" H x 18 1/8" W.
