Our July 6-7 Live Auction in Knoxville features more than 1,000 lots of Fine Art, Antiques and Jewelry from the founding family of Rogersville, TN, and from the historic Pinckney family of Charleston, SC; from the estate of William J. Eskind of Nashville; the living estate of Jerry Waters, Maryville, the estate of U.S. Ambassador Ron Schlicher of Brentwood, and from other fine estates and private and museum collections. Sale starts 9 AM Eastern Time on Saturday, July 6 (lots #1-671) and continues at 1 PM Sunday, July 7 (lots #672-1086) at our Knoxville Gallery, 4310 Papermill Drive.

Group of assorted sterling silver flatware including one (1) Reed & Barton Francis I pattern salad serving spoon; one (1) French silver muddler spoon; one (1) Dominick & Haff No. 10 pattern berry or casserole spoon and one (1) Dominick & Haff No. 10 pattern cream ladle; three (3) pieces in the Durgin Fairfax pattern (serving spoon, gravy ladle and lemon fork); one (1) Whiting Pie server with engraved blade, the handle engraved "1883"; one (1) Watson serving spoon; two (2) Towle serving forks (9" and 8"; different patterns); one (1) Saart Bros. tomato or cucumber server; one (1) S. Kirk & Son Inc. Repousse pattern bon bon spoon; two (2) Baker Manchester olive forks (different patterns); one (1) Blackington cream ladle; one (1) small English sterling butter spreader with shell handle; one (1) Saart Bros. tea or chocolate spoon; two (2) Dominick & Haff teaspoons; one (1) Whiting Demitasse spoon; and one (1) sugar sifter spoon, one (1) sugar shell, and one (1) lemon fork with rubbed or absent maker's marks. 28.51 oz troy.

PROVENANCE: By descent in the historic Pinckney family of Runnymede Plantation, South Carolina.

Condition

French Muddler spoon and Saart chocolate/tea spoon have slightly bent handles; 1 end of the muddler spoon has a tiny bend/damage.
