Four (4) sets Antique Chinese Chaozhu Beads. 1st item: Court Necklace with Green Jade, Amber and coral beads with silk cording. Approx. 58 in. long overall.  2nd item: Necklace with green jade and celadon colored hardstone beads and 1 amber bead. Approx. 47 in. long overall. 3rd item: Strand of jade oblong and round beads, approx. 56 in. long overall. 4th item: Strand of jade, amber, and multicolored hardstone beads, approx. 54 in. long overall. Qing Dynasty, late 19th to early 20th century. 

1st item: Court Necklace has 107 amber beads, one short of the traditional 108. Some beads may be missing or replaced. Some spacers missing. Coral beads have become detached from main necklace. 2nd item: One bead broken, other beads possibly missing, possibly restrung. 3rd and 4th items: excellent condition. 

The estate of Melanie Joy, Nashville, TN.  Mrs. Joy's ancestor was a missionary in China in the early 20th century.
