Group of 44 novelty and enameled silver items, including 1 sterling Swan figural group marked 925 (2 in. H); 1 Whiting Queen of Clubs sterling playing card themed pierced nut spoon; 1 sterling oval belt buckle with chased floral decoration; 2 Whiting sterling Salt and Pepper shakers; 1 English sterling footed salt shaker; 5 American sterling Souvenir spoons; 1 Chinese souvenir spoon with Chinese hallmark; 1 Gorham sterling tea strainer or sugar sifter spoon; 1 unmarked floral enameled silver tea strainer or sugar sifter with filigree basket; 8 floral enameled sterling demitasse spoons by various makers; 10 Korean enameled .925 sterling spoons and forks (five of each); and one boxed set of 12 Chinese enameled .800 silver spoons and forks (six of each). Case 12 in. x 7 in. Combined weighable sterling: 13.26 oz troy.
Condition
Split to side of tea strainer. Pitting to salt/pepper shaker caps. Some grime and to enameled strainer and demitasse spoons. Other items very good condition.
Available payment options
Payment must be received no later than five (5) days after the sale.
Unless you are a known customer of Case Auctions, payment for all gold, precious metal, and gem lots must be made by bank wire transfer, ACH, certified bank check, or money order. No exceptions.
If you pick up your lots from any of our galleries, Tennessee state sales tax will apply. Sales tax will only be waived if you provide a valid resale certificate from your state of residence.
If paying with a credit card, a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be applied to the final sales price (i.e. hammer price + buyer's premium + applicable taxes). If you have a credit card on file with Case, any winning bids will be automatically charged (up to $3000) along with applicable fees 72 hours after you receive your invoice unless other arrangements have been made.
