1st item: Early small teaspoon, marked W.G in rectangle, attributed to William Gowdy, working Charleston, SC, circa 1757, monogrammed MB. 2nd-3rd items: Two (2) large tablespoons with similar but not matching bright cut decoration, each stamped CFW in cartouche, 8 1/2" L and 9 1/4" L. Note: The mark may be that of Charles and Frederick Wittich, working Charleston, SC, circa 1805, but this mark is not the one ascribed to them in known references. 4th-5th items: Two (2) teaspoons stamped WILMOT in rectangle for Samuel Wilmot (b. 1777-d. 1846), monogrammed PB. 5 1/4" L. Note: Wilmot worked in Georgetown and Charleston, SC, but the form of these spoons and early monogram style suggest they were likely made when he was working in New Haven, CT circa 1800-1808. 6th item: Gravy ladle with fiddle thread pattern handle having incuse stamp for H.P. Horton, working Savannah, Georgia c. 1850, monogrammed M_D. 7" L. Combined weight: 5.97 oz troy.

Condition

Some wear and denting to spoon bowls, ladle excellent.
