Witnessed and signed by McHare, Thomas Jackson, and Francis Maybury. 5th item: Tennessee document granting Timothy Roark 150 acres of land in Claiborne County, East TN, and signed by Tennessee Governor William Carroll (1788-1844), 1826. 6th item: Requisition order for paper products sent to Colonel Thomas Whiteside by William Rankin. Heading reads "Marshall's Station (Grainger County), May 25 18...[missing corner]" and is addressed en verso to Col.
