7 Southern Coin Silver spoons, including 1 fiddle tipt tablespoon marked John Campbell in rectangle (working Fayetteville, NC 1834-1836; Cheraw, SC, 1836; Nashville, TN, 1836-c.1857); 1 tablespoon with shell handle marked C.A. Burnett in rectangle (Charles A. Burnett, of Alexandria, VA and Georgetown, DC, working 1785-1849); 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon with incuse marks for retailer James Young (Petersburg, Virginia, b.1825- d.1892, active from circa 1855) and pseudohallmark for James Watts of Philadelphia, maker; 1 South Carolina teaspoon marked GLAZE & RADCLIFF within a rectangle for William Glaze and Thomas W. Radcliff working in partnership in Columbia from 1848-1851; and 1 Serving spoon with incuse mark for retailer William Carrington, working Charleston, South Carolina from 1830-d. 1901. Combined weight: 10.09 oz troy.

Condition

J. Young spoons in excellent condition. Other spoons with varying degrees of use wear to tips of bowls and handles and minor scattered dents. All pieces monogrammed.
