1st item: (1) English sugar bowl or tea caddy with hinged lid and wooden finial, lion head mounts with rings to sides; hallmarked for William Aitkin, 1900, Birmingham, to side, 4 3/4" H.  2nd and 3rd items: a pair of two (2) sterling candlesticks by Whiting Mfg. Co., underside with maker's mark and "Sterling 5014",  WEIGHTED, 6 1/2" H. 20th Century.  4th item: One (1) Towle sterling butter dish with handle and cover, raised on 4 ball feet, Towle mark and "Sterling" to underside, along with "9595S".  6 1/2" D x 4" H. 20th Century. 5th item: 1 Gorham sterling mug with beaded rim and scroll handle, underside with Gorham marks and "Sterling" 3 1/8" H x 4 1/2" W. 6th items: One (1) sterling shell-shaped dish or nut bowl, marked "Sterling 513" with RB to underside, 4 3/4" W. 7th through 9th items:Three (3) napkin rings with repousse decoration, 2 marked "Sterling", 1 unmarked. Combined weighable items 25.65 ounces troy (does not include candlesticks).

 

Condition

All in Very Good condition with light use wear, candlesticks and butter dish slightly uneven on bases. Butter dish, candlesticks, cup and 1 napkin ring with monograms.
