Aage Strand, (Denmark, 1910-1974) large expressionist landscape painting depicting rural farmland rendered in bright colors and heavy impasto. Signed "AS" lower right. Housed in a giltwood frame with an off-white filet. Sight: 26 1/4" H x 37 7/8" W. Framed: 33" H x 44 3/4" W.

Overall good condition with light grime and one area of restoration in upper right corner, approximately 2 1/2" L. Frame with overall wear and gilt loss.
