Arthur Meltzer (American, 1893-1989) watercolor on paper winter landscape painting depicting a road winding up a hill with houses and trees under a snowy sky. Signed lower right. Matted under glass in a molded frame with mottled silver finish. Sight - 11"H x 16 1/2"W. Frame - 16"H x 21"W.
Condition
Painting appears to be in excellent condition with a few tiny dark paint splatters in light areas, likely in the making. Not examined out of frame.
