Folk Art carved and painted wood sculpture by Walter T. Powell (Tennessee, 1926-2013) depicting a covey of quail, including a male and female with their young, perched upon a driftwood stand. Signed on the base. 10 1/2" H x 24" W x 15 1/2" D. 20th century.
