Francis Dixon (1879-1967 New York, California), "Morning Surf," oil painting with brush and pallet knife on wood panel, coastal scene depicting crashing wave with cloudy atmosphere, signed lower right "Francis Dixon", additionally signed and titled verso. Housed in a gilt moulded frame with mitered corners and white linen liner. Framing label affixed to frame. Sight: 7 5/8" H x 9 5/8" W. Frame: 12 3/8" H x 14 3/8" W.
Condition
Very good condition. Light frame scratches and surface abrasion to frame.
