Large Louis XV style cartel clock, in the manner of Jacques Dubois. Consisting of a red painted wood case with polychrome floral decoration, gilt bronze and porcelain dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, and gilt bronze mounts throughout, including a carved foliate crest and figural hen and fox decoration below the dial. Gilt bronze sunburst or "Sun King" mask pendulum. 36 1/2" H x 16" W x 6 1/2" D. French, case late 19th/early 20th century.

Case in overall good condition, original works missing and replaced with modern electric works. Clock running at time of inspection.
