Small oil on paper laid to board autumn landscape painting depicting a terraced garden; coast with boat and lighthouse in the distance. Unsigned. Label en verso for Richard Allen & Son, Caxton House, Nottingham. Housed under glass in a gilt wood frame. Sight: 5" H x 7 1/2" W. Framed: 8 1/2" x 11" W. Likely English, late 19th century.
Condition
Overall good condition. Light craquelure throughout. Minute losses to gilt on frame.

The Estate of Carl Klein, Brentwood, Tennessee.
