James Vance Miller (West Virginia/Virginia, 1912-2002) small impressionistic oil on canvas board landscape painting titled "Misty Day After Big Snow" depicting trees covered in snow under a pale blue sky. Signed lower left. Titled and additionally signed en verso. Housed in a carved wood frame with a linen liner and gilt filet. Sight: 5 1/4" H x 7 1/2" W. Framed: 11" H x 13" W.
Overall good condition with moderate grime to surface of work.
