Autograph: President Theodore Roosevelt (1858-1919, President 1901-1909) TLS to Major General George Barnett on Roosevelt's personal Oyster Bay Long Island, NY stationary, dated July 26, 1918, acknowledging receipt of his "mighty nice letter." Single page (9 1/2" x 7"), signed in pen with initials TR to reverse.
Condition
Overall good condition, lightly toned and faded, minor creases. A couple of spots of foxing, including one just below signature; crease across signature, tiny loss near upper right corner.

Payment must be received no later than five (5) days after the sale.
Unless you are a known customer of Case Auctions, payment for all gold, precious metal, and gem lots must be made by bank wire transfer, ACH, certified bank check, or money order. No exceptions.
If you pick up your lots from any of our galleries, Tennessee state sales tax will apply. Sales tax will only be waived if you provide a valid resale certificate from your state of residence.
