Three (3) George Ayers Cress (American/Tennessee, 1921-2008) watercolor on paper abstract landscape paintings 1st item: Watercolor landscape painting depicting a rocky coastline with verdant foliage under a yellow sky, laid down on thick paper backing. Sight: 9" H x 11 1/2" W. Paper backing: 15" x 17 1/2" W. Museum accession number penciled en verso. 2nd item: Pastoral watercolor landscape with trees under a hazy purple sky. Sight: 7" H x 9" W. Paper: 10" H x 14" W. 3rd item: Watercolor expressionist landscape rendered in shades of blue, green, yellow, and red. 11" H x 12" W. All unsigned and unframed.
All in overall excellent condition. One adhered to backing.
