Victor Vasarely (France/Hungary, 1906-1997) Op Art color serigraph titled "Vega" depicting an illusionistic sphere formed within a grid separated into quadrants of different paired colors. Signed in pencil "Vasarely" lower right and numbered in pencil "84/267" lower left. Partial printed label with artist, medium, and title, en verso of backing. Housed under glass in a chrome-painted wooden frame. Image: 22 7/8" square. Framed: 31 5/8" H x 27 7/8" W.
Minute scattered discolorations to paper. Minute inclusions under glass. Frame with wear to chrome painting along top rail.
