Vladan Stiha (New Mexico, 1908-1992) mixed media (pencil with gouache highlights) on paper portrait, oval, depicting a Native American woman with feathers or other ornamentation in her hair and a light blue undershirt. Signed "V. Stiha" lower right. Canterbury Art Shoppe sticker label, en verso. Housed and double matted under glass in a giltwood frame with blue diapered accent. Sight: 7 7/8" H x 6" W. Framed: 12 7/8" H x 10 7/8" W. Early 20th century.
