William Mellor (United Kingdom, 1851-1931) oil on canvas laid down on board vertical landscape titled "On the Lledr, North Wales" depicting sheep grazing near a river surrounded by foliage and rocky terrain with a mountain backdrop under a cloudy blue sky. Signed "William Mellor" lower left. Title and label for Reeves & Sons London, en verso. Housed in a carved Louis XV style giltwood frame. Sight: 23 1/4" H x 17 1/2" W. Framed: 31" H x 25" W.
