Men’s Vintage 18K rose gold Patek Philippe Lortscher wristwatch, mechanical manual wind movement, Ref# 1471, Case Serial# 659823, Movement Serial# 954659, 31mm champagne dial with gilt baton markers, Caliber 10-200 movement, 18 jewels. The dial is double-signed by the maker and retailer. Retains the original 18K rose gold buckle and the original gold spring bars. Fitted with a Patek Philippe brown leather band.  Overall 9 in. L. Gold case weight with crystal is 13.2 grams. Circa 1950s.

Condition

Crystal is a replacement. The crown is yellow gold, likely a replacement. The back of the satin case has been lightly touched up. The 10 o'clock marker has possibly been reglued. The watch is running at the time of inspection.
