Signed "Clyde Singer" in the stone, lower right. Lyzon, Nashville, TN gallery label, en verso of frame. Double matted and housed under glass in a ebonized frame with gilt trim. Sight: 15 1/2" H x 10 3/4" W. Framed: 23 1/4" H x 17 1/4" W. 2nd item: Helen Louise Beccard (Missouri/California, 1903-1994) lithograph on paper depicting an elevated view of a Depression era street scene. Numbered "11/16" in pencil, lower left below image, signed and dated "Helen Lousie Beccard 1937" in pencil, lower right below image. Housed and matted under glass in a wooden frame. Sight: 16" H x 12 1/2" W. Framed. 23" H x 18 1/4" W. 3rd item: Leo John Meissner (Maine/New York, 1895-1977) wood engraving on paper titled "Palm Beach Via" depicting several people in a shaded courtyard, buildings and rooftops visible in the background.
