1st item: Samuel V. Chamberlain (Massachusetts/Iowa, 1895-1975) drypoint etching on paper titled "Far West Junk Shop" depicting the store front of Haslam's junk shop. Numbered "70/100," in pencil, lower left below plate, signed "Samuel Chamberlain," in pencil, lower right below plate. Housed and matted under glass in a black wooden frame with gilt trim. Plate: 4 1/2" H x 8 1/2" W. Sight: 6" H x 10" W. Framed: 12 3/4" H x 16 1/4" W. Note: A version of this print is in the collection of the Smithsonian Museum of American Art. 2nd-3rd items: Two (2) Davis Gray, also known as Ernest B. Walden, (American, 1929-1995) lithographs in color of college or university buildings including Jordan Hall at Central College, Iowa. Both with printed signature "Davis Gray" lower right. Matted and framed together under glass in a molded wood frame. Sights: 7 1/2" H x 9 3/4" W. Framed: 22" H x 15" W. 4th item: Captain James Cook (British, 1728-1779) 18th century copper plate engraving on laid paper titled "Pirogue de Guerre de la Nouvelle Zelande", Tome III, Plate 14, by Le Veau, from the First French Edition of Cook's Explorations in New Zealand, published in Paris, 1773. Depicts a Maori Waka Taua (war canoe), fully manned and sailing in the ocean with mountains on the opposite shore visible in the background. Title and engraver name, lower center and right below image. Hanging Around, LLC, Nashville, TN gallery label, en verso. Housed and double matted under glass in a ebonized wooden frame with metallic silver trim. Plate: 9 3/8" H x 14" W. Sight: 9 5/8" H x 14 1/4" W. Framed: 16 1/4" H x 20 3/4" W. 5th item: Pencil on paper drawing of a fox terrier. Illegibly signed lower right. Housed under glass in a wooden frame with gilt sight edge. Sight 6" H x 4 3/4" W. Framed: 9" H x 7 7/8" W. Likely American, 20th century.

Condition

Overall good condition with some foxing spots, areas of discolorations, debris under glass. Not examined outside of frames. Some frames with wear. particularly to corners.
