1st-4th items: Four (4) small Emily Cutter Prall (New Jersey, 1852-1923 ) watercolor landscape paintings including mountain, waterfall, and autumn scenes. All housed under glass in giltwood frames, two floated. Sight dimensions between 6 1/2" H x 9 1/2" W and 6 1/4" H x 4" W. Frame dimensions between 15 3/8" H x 12 3/8" W and 9 7/8" H x 7 5/8" W. Biography: Emily Cutter Prall was a lifelong resident of Woodbridge, New Jersey, and married James P. Prall. She was the daughter of Mary Crane Cutter and Hampton Cutter, the founder of Hampton Cutter Clay Works in Woodbridge, New Jersey. 5th item: American School (Early 20th century), oil on canvas, still life with peaches, grapes and vine, signed and dated in script verso, "Laura A Byrns 1912." Framed in a molded wood frame with gilt paint. Sight: 12" H x 18" W. Framed: 13 5/8" H x 19 5/8" W.


1st-4th items: With toning and fading to autumn landscape with road. Waterfall painting with accretions and slight abrasions with paint loss. Vertical mountain landscape with superficial grime and discoloration to cloud line. 5th item: Good overall condition. Light frame abrasion, upper edge, canvas may need to be keyed/tightened.
