All items in overall good condition with minor toning; most cardstock items have been taped to their mats. Some light grime to "Obsession" mat. Gnome painting has come unsecured from its mat, and mat has handling grime. Nude drawing has some light smudging. Watercolor of tree has some thin lines of yellow residue across center and has a 1/2" tear to lower left edge and has come loose from its mat. Posters - light signs of handling.
