Minor discoloration to left portion of coat and minute abraision to background area to left of subject. 4th item: Scattered surface wear primarily to upper left portion. Minute inclusions beneath the glass. 5th item: Frame with minor bend. 6th item: Minor surface abrasion to lower edge. Painting has shift slightly inside frame. Locket with wear and discoloration to leather; one hook latch slightly bent. 7th item: Painting has been overcleaned resulting in the subject's face and most of the background being skinned.
