A.T. Hibbard (American, 1886-1972) oil on board winter landscape painting depicting a lake surrounded by trees, casting shadows across a snow-covered bank. Signed lower left. Housed in an antique giltwood frame with raised rocaille carved band. Board - 20"W x 16"H. Frame - 30"W x 26"H.
Scattered tiny flakes, most notably to the lower left quadrant, largest 3/4" (in snow bank). Some possible light grime or paint smear to center area, in snow bank.
