Antique Turkish Ghiordesh prayer rug, wool on cotton, central moss green mihrab within multiple stylized foliate borders, woven in colors of green, red, and cream. 4ft 10in x 3ft 8in. Late 19th century.
Condition
Overall general even pile wear, minor wear to both margins, losses to fringe on each end, and hooks added to one end for hanging.
