Bela Horvath (American/Hungarian, 1888-1973) oil on board landscape painting, titled "Near Tuscon in Park", rendered in light impasto depicting a narrow riverbed surrounded by large boulders and a sunlit tree with scattered, amber-leaved trees in the midground at the bottom of a deep canyon with steep rockfaces in the background beneath a clear blue sky. Signed in pencil "Horvath Bela" lower right edge. Inscribed with title, artist name, and numbering, en verso. Housed in cream-colored wooden frame. Sight: 23" H x 23 3/8" W.
