1st item: John Califano (Illinois/California/Italy, 1862-1946) oil on board western landscape painting depicting a river surrounded by rocky cliffs, with an illuminated, snow-covered mountain peak in the distance. Signed "J. Califano" lower left. Housed in a wood frame with a gilt liner. Sight: 12 1/2" H x 9 1/2" W. Framed: 15 3/4" H x 12 3/4" W. 2nd item: 2nd Item. Edward Andrews (Norway/Alaska, 1872-1937) photograph titled "Taku Glacier" depicting a landscape view of the area located near the city of Juneau. Titled and signed in the negative lower right "E. Unless you are a known customer of Case Auctions, payment for all gold, precious metal, and gem lots must be made by bank wire transfer, ACH, certified bank check, or money order. No exceptions.
If you pick up your lots from any of our galleries, Tennessee state sales tax will apply. Sales tax will only be waived if you provide a valid resale certificate from your state of residence.
