Qing Famille Rose porcelain hexagonal form tea bowl or wine cup, the body with polychrome decoration of cockerel and chicken with chicks in a landscape setting amongst rocks, bamboo, and flowers, with butterflies overhead. The interior with bat, peach, bird, and floral polychrome decoration. Base with red six-character Daoguang seal mark to the base. 2 5/8" H x 5 1/4" dia. Chinese, 19th century.

Deaccessioned by the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts Foundation to benefit the acquisitions fund. Overall very good condition with possible minor wear to polychrome decoration along the lower section of the bowl.
