Continental School, possibly French, oil on canvas portrait painting depicting a young girl wearing a pink and black lace hat and a pink dress with a black lace collar, and a gray/blue interior background. Unsigned. Housed in a molded gilt and gesso wood frame. Sight: 12 1/4 in. H x 8 7/8 in. W. Framed: 17 1/2 in. H x 14 3/8 in. W. 19th century.
Condition
Overall good condition with overall light grime, light overall cracklure, abrasions along the upper margin from the frame. Frame likely reguilded with some minor scattered rubbing and losses.
