Everett Raymond Kinstler (New York/Connecticut, 1926-2019) original pencil and black ink drawing illustration for Realistic Romance No. 3 depicting vignettes from the stories "Too Great a Temptation," "Deadline for Love," "Promotions for Harry," and "The Dream Next Door." With localized use of white correction fluid throughout. Signed lower right. Floated in a modern ebonized and gilt wood frame with ivory mat. Sheet: 18" H x 13 1/4" W. Frame: 26 15/16" H x 21 9/16" W.
Overall good condition, with no loss to image. Missing lower left both upper corners of sheet. With slight waviness to paper and 1 1/2" tear without loss to right edge plus three linear abrasions to area behind woman's head in upper left quadrant, largest 1 1/4" L, possibly inherent. Surface grime to lower right, near edge, and scattered, negligible smudges.
