Signed lower right. With Wally Findlay Galleries, New York, sticker affixed to backing. Housed in an ornate giltwood frame with textile mat, gilt fillet, and nameplate. Sight: 25" H x 32" W. H. Frame: 33" H x 40" W. Biographical Note: Arthur Fillon was born in Loiret, France, and studied at the Beaux-Arts in Marseille and Paris. He exhibited at the Salon d'Automne and the Salon des Independants in 1924 (Source: askART).
