Margaret Wehrley (Wisconsin, 20th c.) oil on canvas painting entitled "Shoreline," depicting a barefoot woman in a white dress viewed from behind. She stands with her hands on her hips on a rocky shoreline and looks out over a body of water, likley Lake Michigan. Signed "WEHRLEY," lower right, and titled "Shoreline" en verso. Housed in a gray wood frame with tan fabric fillet. Canvas: 20" H x 20" W. Frame: 26" H x 26" W.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Carl Klein, Brentwood, Tennessee.
