1st item: Victorian tortoise shell calling card case with a hinged cover and mother-of-pearl grape design vignette tablet on each side. 3 5/8 in. H x 2 1/2 in. W. Late 19th Century. 2nd item: English miniature Book of Common Prayer with sterling silver cover featuring Sir Joshua Reynolds' five head portrait of Lady Frances Gordon as a cherub with makers' hallmarks. 3 3/4 in. H x 2 1/2 in. W. Early 20th century. 3rd-7th items: Five (5) gold plated or gold filled pocket watch chains ranging in length from 8 in. to 23 in.
Condition
1st item: One inlaid grape is missing from one corner; otherwise, very good condition. 2nd item: Some bending to the lower right corner of the silver cover and losses to the cover along the spine. Interior of book with light wear. 3rd-7th items: Overall good condition.
