Miles Jefferson Early (Texas/Illinois, 1886-1957) oil on canvas landscape painting titled "El Estado" (The State) depicting a large white stucco manor house with other structures and rolling hills visible in the background and a large tree and stream in the foreground. Signed "MILES J EARLY" lower left in red. Additionally signed, titled, and dated 1933 in red paint en verso. Housed in a carved giltwood frame. Sight: 24 1/2 in. H x 33 1/2 in. W. Framed: 32 1/2 in. H x 41 1/2 in. W.

Condition

Painting overall very good condition. Frame with abrasions to the back corners.
